It's Spring, and you know what that means? It means it's time for me to share the great day that I shared with some fabulous and fun ladies here in Las Vegas at the Caesars Palace Forum Shops! I seriously always love these seasonal jaunts through the shops for lots of reasons! I love the time with all the other bloggers - I leave feeling so energized and excited to be part of the blogging community here in Vegas! On top of that, I always learn about stores that I might not have ever stopped at otherwise! (I also end up buying something every time - who can resist?!) CHRISTMAS UPDATE: 26 more days. Seriously, why is this year ending so quickly? I feel like a chicken running around with its head cut off, trying to get work work done, and blog work done - oh, and did I mention Christmas is in TWENTY-SIX DAYS?! Cue: panic! There are an abundance of options here in Las Vegas to go shopping, both online and in-store, but it's pretty awesome when you find a place recognizes that the Vegas locals are important! Woo! It's Day 10 of the 31 Day Challenge, and for all intents and purposes, we're 1/3 of the way through!! OK friends. I normally wouldn't do this, but this competition is SUPER important to my team and I, and the prize is amazing. (and one of the judging criteria is page views and interaction!)

At my job (Zappos.com), there is currently an internal contest going on to kind of explain the Zappos culture and strategy. Part of this competition is to create a video that represents that information in a fun and unique way. My team chose to do a time lapse video of me drawing images that represent the ideas we're talking about.

Trust me- not as boring as it sounds!! lol  Plus- you get to see some nail art that I created in the spirit of Zappos!

I can't take credit for the fuzzy part- I was inspired by Jen over at The Polishaholic blog! The rest of the inspiration for this nail art came from being homesick, and from being bummed about missing out on CosmoProf North America right now in Las Vegas with all my other blogger friends!! *BUMMED*

In honor of all the lovely bloggin' ladies in Vegas right now, I made Vegas poker nails!!  I used green flocking for the felt, and poker chips to make the half-moons!
