Skull-duggery

Day 52

Today's nails were inspired by a shirt on the Threadless.com website called Bone Idol but Stuart Colebrook. I love this shirt's use of white space. :) Unfortunately Matte Magic topcoat led me to believe that my nails were done even though they weren't, hence the ginormous smudge on my index finger, which I didn't have time to fix. :(

I used China Glaze White on White as a base, with China Glaze Liquid Leather for the black, and topped it all off with 2 coats of China Glaze Matte Magic, which I got at Sally Beauty Supply for $5.99. (Can't find a link to anything but eBay for this)

  2. Very cool indeed, and I may have to check out that website for Christmas gifts.

I do have a few questions that maybe you could answer one day...

    1) Would it be in your rules to do your toes? I would think it would be easier since you could use your dominant hand on both feet.
    2) Speaking of that, which is your dominant hand and do you think you've become better at paiting those nails through this?

Just some things I know I would be going through.

  5. thanks guys!! :-P

Anon- maybe I'll invest in invisalign braces for him. :-P

Shawna Fay- Totally check out that threadless link, they are having a sale right now- $12 tees with free shipping! :) Answer to #1- nope, I don't do toes a) I have horrible feet -to the extent that I have had surgery on them, they're not like, gnarled or anything, but I tend to hide them more than show them off. :-P b) all of my toenails are minute- almost like baby fingernails, with the exception of the big toe, so I couldn't paint anything cool!

gildedangel- why wait for halloween? Skulls rock year round (at least to me!! :-P)

    Luminous- thanks for the link!
