I'm overwhelmed by the amount of you that wanted a tutorial for this design (in the best way!), and knew I had to let it jump queue to the top of the list!

      Try Ebay..super cheap! Search for nail stripping tape.

    after i saw this i ordered some striping tape off ebay but its really really thin and didnt stick well to my nail, and it looks like most ppl leave it on is there a specific kind that your using?
