...I would highly recommend a chiropractor as well!
As to previous comments about a chiropractor possibly being harmful, mine was extremely cautious and ran a whole bunch of tests before beginning. I've got pretty bad back problems and my chiropractor diagnosed me and later found that my MRI matched his diagnosis EXACTLY.

If you can't get to a chiropractor though try taking some advil, using Aspercreme (or any odor free arthritis rub) and adding heat. If it's a muscle problem that combo should at least alleviate the pain.

Love the nails/fabric week in general!!Megnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6737303652726916874.post-64946033595495226362010-07-12T15:08:01.662-07:002010-07-12T15:08:01.662-07:00I love the nails and the fabric! And I really need to track down OPI Ginger Bells- every time you use it, I I love it.
I am so sorry for your neck drama- neck stuff just sucks, plain and simple. Check out your pillow and mattress- make sure they're still workin' for you, and not against you...
I second the Advil/Ibuprofen idea, and will add that you should get the liquid gels- they work f-a-s-t! As for body work- I personally appreciate the work of a naprapath rather than a chiropractor- they do the same thing, but the naprapath does it by massaging/
manipulating the muscles in order to pull the bones back into the correct alignment rather than the bone cracking of the chiropractor- it just works better for me. Less abrupt, and you get a massage out of it! No downside, IMO. Hope you feel better!ReaderRitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12576827544980249236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6737303652726916874.post-87342318763537910892010-07-12T14:40:25.123-07:002010-07-12T14:40:25.123-07:00It looks almost like doughnuts :)It looks almost like doughnuts :)vegesaurashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14794860232148671224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6737303652726916874.post-71768158734397927282010-07-12T13:32:54.228-07:002010-07-12T13:32:54.228-07:00Try Robax Gold, this medicine relaxes muscles and ...Try Robax Gold, this medicine relaxes muscles and also relieves pain. I have had 2 herniations and a rupture and it's the worst pain I've ever had in my life. If this is what has happened a chiropractor can actually cause more harm. I would go to a physician first to see if they think it's o.k. to see a chiropractor. Here's a good test for you.....Does it alleiviate the pain a little when you raise your arm and put the palm of your hand on the back of your head?
