Girl's Night Outback!

Press Event

Thunder From Down Under flatlay

That accent...those abs...those nails?! Wait. How do those things go together? Well, the Vegas Lifestyle Influencers had one heck of a Girls Night Outback at the Thunder From Down Under show at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino, and OF COURSE I had to do nails to match! I mean, obviously, right?! I've made it no secret that I'm a sucker for a nice smile and killer set of abs, but add an accent on to that beautiful package and I'm 100% sold. In today's post we're going to focus on not only the nails, but I'm going to share a little about the show with you, too!

The nails:

To commemorate the night, I decided to do some nail art inspired by the homeland of these musclebound hunks, so I painted my nails with the Australian flag, which is a royal blue flag with the Union Jack in the upper left corner, a 7-pointed star in the lower left (known as the Commonwealth Star), and the Southern Cross, a constellation containing four 7-pointed stars and one small 5-pointed star on the right half of the flag. Man. Those 7-pointed stars are something else to paint, and there are SO MANY OF THEM. I hope those boys liked 'em! :D

I used Londontown Lakur in Paddington Blue, Londontown Lakue Double the Deck, and white acrylic paint for this design, and it took for damn ever. :-D Totally worth it for the photo op below alllll by itself. Hahaha.

OK, now for the show. If you don't want to see some butt action, and some other skin (nothing too bad), I wouldn't recommend hitting the jump. :)

****WARNING: PARTIAL NUDITY AND SEVERAL SEXUAL INNUENDOS AHEAD ðŸ˜‚ ****

Ok, now it's just us...now we can get to the GOOD STUFF.

The first time I saw Thunder From Down under, I was here in Vegas on a vacation that I won in a Halloween costume contest, I'm thinking I was somewhere in the 24-25 year old range? That was over 10 years ago, and I remember how much fun my friend Jacquie and I had, and I am 98% sure I still have the commemorative photo from that night still in a box in my storage unit. I remember discovering my favorites... Matty *swoon* and Marty (those eyes!!). Now, here we are, 10+ years later (and a handful of other visits to the show), and now there are new favorites to discover.

There's Beau, a chiseled god of a man who is CUT AF. Seriously though, I have some laundry I could do on those perfectly golden abs... but I digress.

Next, there's Alex. Now Alex is a beast. A hulking mountain of muscly, rugged sex appeal, with long hair and a beard, he was an absolute shoe in to play Tarzan. Wonder if he's looking for a Jane? JK!

Thunder is more of the traditional male revue, featuring some of the usual female fantasies like firemen, men in uniform, Tarzan.... but curiously lacking 'man doing the dishes', and 'man who is rubbing your feet after spending all day in sky high stilettos'. Those are definitely two of my fantasies, but I might be a unique case. *sigh*. It's fun, high energy, and just the right amount of cheesy, but make sure you grab those drinks, because when Tarzan jumps up on your table, you're not going to want to waste a drop.

Marcus is the emcee of the show (and has been for as long as I can remember, though he's accumulated about a zillion more tattoos and a beard since I first saw him!), and he's every bit as playful and full of sexual innuendo as he was the first time I saw him.

Be sure to get your photo with the guys at the end, it's a fun way to end the night, especially with a group of your gal pals, just make sure Ayron keeps her hands to herself.... (sorry, inside joke)

The night we went, we were able to chat and get a photo with the guys beforehand, and the guys are so charming, and well, they weren't wearing any shirts, which may not be allowed by the 7/11, but it's A-ok with me. I was joking with the girls after the show at how great the guys were at their job (clothing removal aside)—when getting the picture at the end, Beau lifted me up and told me: a). that I weighed nothing, and b). that he liked my lipstick (Urban Decay VICE lip topcoat in White Lies over LipSense Blackberry). I'm a sucker, I ate that shit up. :D

Anyway... I'm going to leave you with my favorite picture that I took all night... I call it, the 'Backstreet Butts'. They're like perfectly formed, this can't be real life. *drool*
